Teen Challenge Romania has a strong outreach ministry and reaches out to addicted ladies. They're present in the streets, at detox hospitals, schools and churches. In September 2015, they opened a women's center called 'House of Joy'.

House of Joy is a womens' center in the capital of Romania, Bucharest. House of Joy has 8-10 beds available, 4 are taken at the moment. They have a team of three wonderful staff members.

TC Romania started House of Joy in September 2015, as an act of faith. They are renting the home. They are still raising funds for their monthly operational budget.
