The 2026 Annual ETC Conference: "The Gift(s) of the Father"

Registrations for the 2026 ETC Conference are closed.

General Information 

When: Thursday 30 April – Sunday 3 May 2026.

Check in begins at 14:00 on Thursday. The conference begins with dinner on Thursday evening and concludes with a lunch on Sunday.

Transportation to the Conference

If you are flying to Albania, you will fly to Tirana Airport. The hotel is a 45 minute drive from the airport. 

Shuttles
Just like last year TC Albania has arranged a taxi services for those who need a shuttle. The total cost for a shuttle is €30 per person. This includes a shuttle both to and from the hotel.  

If you are arriving before 29 April and departing after 4 May you will need to arrainge your own transportation. You can hire at taxi right outside of the Tirana airport. The price for a trip to or from the airport is approximately €35,- per taxi. 

Please let us know on the registration form if you will need a shuttle from and/or to Tirana airport, along with your flight information. If you do not have your flight information yet, please send this to conference@teenchallnge.eu as soon as possible. 
 

Conference Activities

Conference Speakers:

Ron Brown
(Executive Director, Teen Challenge Southern California)

As Executive Director, Ron Brown oversees the ministry of Teen Challenge Southern California and its ten ministry locations.

In addition to the year-long structured Christian discipleship ministry for those addicted to drugs and alcohol, Teen Challenge Southern California provides comprehensive outreach and prevention programs for inner-city youth at risk of gang affiliation and drug abuse.

Along with his duties as Executive Director, Ron is passionate about leadership development and encourages pastors and Christian leaders through conferences and seminars locally, nationally, and internationally. 

More information regarding other speakers and workshops will be posted soon!  

Saturday activities:
We are still deciding on options for Saturday afternoon activities. This depends how many people are interested in planned activities, and how many would prefer to stay at the hotel. Please let us know on the registration form which of the activities you would prefer. Once we have made a decision we will let you know. Thank you for your help!

Conference costs

Registration closes on 15 April 2025, so be sure to register on time! 

Extra nights at the hotel
It is possible to book extra nights at the hotel either before or after the conference. Each extra night will include lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning. Please let us know on your registration form which day you will arrive at and depart from the hotel, and we will book the extra nights for you. You will pay the total amount (conference fee plus extra nights) when you pay your conference fee to ETC. 

Important note for Discount Countries
This year there is no separate price for what we have previously called 'Discount Countries'. We will offer a limited number of partial scholarships to help with conference costs. You can apply for a scholarship through your country leader no later than 1 April 2026€.

• There are a limited number of single rooms available and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. When all single rooms have been booked, we will remove this option from the website, so register early! 
• Beds for babies are available, please let us know in the registration form if you need one.  
• If you are staying in a double room, you may add your preferred roommate to the registration form. With the exception of married couples, we cannot gaurantee that you will be able to room with your preferred person. We will do our best, but we thank you in advance for understanding if for some reason you need to room with someone else. 
   

Payment Methods 

This year we have two payment options available.  We prefer if you pay through bank transfer if possible. 

• You may pay in cash (in euros) at the conference itself.
• Bank transfer – You may transfer the entire conference fee to the ETC bank account. This is a different account than the general ETC bank account. 
  If you chose for bank transfer, please pay your conference fee in full within two weeks of your registration. Bank Account information

Cancelation fee 
This year there is no deposit fee needed. However, if you cancel your registration after 10 April, you will be charged a € 50 cancellation fee. This is because we will still have to pay for your costs even if you cancel.
