The work of Teen Challenge in Albania is in it's early stages. The need for Teen Challenge in Albania - Southeastern Europe - is great. According to official numbers around 60,000 people deal with addiction in Albania. But the chances are the number of people struggling with addiction and substance abuse is much larger.
Charitable religious mission "Return" (Teen Challenge Belarus) is founded by Council of bishops of the Evangelical Integrated Church in Republic of Belarus for implementation of religious, charitable and educational activity with performance of functions of social character.
Teen Challenge Belgium has begun the ministry in the city of Charleroi (French-speaking part, 60 kilometers south of Brussels). The vision is to develop its activities throughout the country and to connect with Christian ministries in other French-speaking areas of Western Europe.
Teen Challenge Croatia has a long history. In the nineties they operated two rehab centers (for men and women). In that time of war and post-war transition Croatia had an epidemic of addiction. Teen Challenge played a significant role in fighting this epidemic. Many young people have found the way of freedom. In the last ten years, TC Croatia was not active. Step (TC Croatia) wants to renew the work of Teen Challenge in Croatia.
Teen Challenge Czech Republic was established in 1994. Today they work in more than 10 cities throughout the Czech Republic. They have contact centers, street work activities, centers for men and women, re-entry programs of subsequent care, primary preventions and children's centers.

Teen Challenge Georgia is a comprehensive residential (12 months), faith-based rehabilitation program for all men with any life-controlling addiction problems.
Teen Challenge in Germany (TCD) is a non-profit, and interdenominational faith-based organization with 14 locations. TCD works with people in need; especially addicts and those who are mentally ill.
T.C. “Open House’’ Foundation (Teen Challenge Hungary) has been functioning since 2005 in district XIV of Budapest. The foundation offers and does preventative work through free-time programs, to teenagers who are in endangered situations, lost, emotionally hurt, dealing with behavioral troubles, and mostly hang out on the streets and in malls. Our primary task is to form personal relationships, personal chaperoning.

Teen Challenge Israel was established in 2007 as a response to the urgent need among addicts in Israel. Their goal is to help those bound by life-controlling problems to find hope, freedom and change.
L’Arca Teen Challenge (Teen Challenge Italy) offers addiction prevention, Christian counseling and training in Christian counseling, addiction, drugs, prevention, abuse, families, adolescence, communication, pastoral care and Christian sociology.
Teen Challenge Kazakhstan provides youth and families with an effective and comprehensive Christian faith-based solution to life-controlling problems such as drug and alcohol addiction.

Teen Challenge Lithuania was founded in 2001 as a ministry of serving with addicted and socially ill people, mostly performing activities in rehab centers and focusing on helping teenagers and adults to deal with life-controlling issues through Christ-centered perspective. Currently there are 3 non-profit rehabilitation centers in Lithuania, offering 24/7 care and including a variety of programs helping the students to recover from alcohol, drugs and all kinds of psychotropic substances.
Teen Challenge Macedonia was officially founded in 1995. Their goal is to offer successful and complete rehabilitation and reintegration into society for those who are often referred to as "the bottom" of society. The want to show that the root of the addiction problem is a lack of attention, love and understanding, will and time for the problems of the young adults.
Teen Challenge Malta will be dedicated to reaching the youth of Malta with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is a generation in Malta that hasn’t been reached with the Gospel, with drug, alcohol, and pre-marital sex becoming an increasing problem. The pioneers of Teen Challange Malta will dedicate their lives to evangelizing and discipling this group.

Teen Challenge Slovakia was founded in August 1995. They run a resocialization center for men called Restart. Early 2011 the accredited Children's Home Compass was established and later that year they started a re-entry.

Teen Challenge was established in Switzerland in 1971 and is a non-profit organisation situated in Glarus, a beautiful small town in the mountains. We mainly work with mentally ill people, with former drug addicts and people with socially difficult backgrounds. Our services include two residential homes and a workshop/factory. We offer a secure and professionally run infrastructure for everyone we take care of. The reintegration of our clients and building a safe home and workplace for them is our first aim.
Teen Challenge Ukraine believes that the Good News of the Gospel is accessible to EVERYONE. Because of such ministries as the rehabilitation programs, the support groups and the prevention programs, Teen Challenge Ukraine offers hope for a new life that is free of any kind of addiction.
The ministry of Teen Challenge came to the UK in the 1970s. Teen Challenge in the United Kingdom has 12 local teams with over 500 workers made up from staff and volunteers, who work in multiple locations across the UK. They also have 6 Residential Centers, which are in England, Scotland and Wales.
